Head of School Search Survey

Dear Marymount High School Community,

As you are aware, the search professionals from Educational Directions, Risa Oganesoff Heersche and Mathew Heersche, were on campus recently to learn about the Marymount community and culture, the key areas of focus and opportunity for the next Head of School, and the qualities sought in this individual. Risa and Mathew shared with the Head of School Search Committee that they enjoyed the opportunity to engage with all the various constituents, and they appreciated the very warm welcome they received. They saw Marymount as a School that is clearly grounded in mission and in the RSHM values. There is a clear sense of community and sisterhood, and they appreciated the strong commitment we have to the education of the young women entrusted to our care.

If you did not have the opportunity to meet with Mat and Risa, or if you did meet them and would like to share additional thoughts, there is still an opportunity to complete our online survey. The survey is available at Marymount High School Head of School Search and will remain open until Friday, March 15. Please note that the survey also provides you with an opportunity to recommend potential candidates for the position of Head of School. Information gathered from the campus visit and from this survey will be considered in the creation of the Position Profile, a document that will be created in collaboration with the Head of School Search Committee, to market this wonderful opportunity.
