Four-time USA Outdoor 400mH Champion, Lashinda Demus, is coming to visit the Marymount Track Team Friday, April 15th during lunch.  Demus is a decorated 400m Hurdler who has achieved greatness at the Olympics, USA Championships, International Championships, Collegiate Championships and has been a national top hurdler for nearly a decade.  We welcome the opportunity to meet Demus and look forward to hearing her amazing story!
