Frosh/Soph Volleyball Continues to Bring Home the "W"

The Freshmen Team took 1st place in the South High School Tournament this past weekend. They won all three matches in pool play, defeating West, Peninsula, and Torrance in two sets. The Sailors had a convincing win against Peninsula in the first round of playoffs to move into the semi-finals against Mater Dei. The team had its best match of the year, defeating Mater Dei 25-14! Marymount ended the day beating Redondo Union in two sets to claim the championship! Annabelle Daly received MVP Honors with Ava O'Connor making the All-Tournament Team. Other standout performances came from Kendall Fisher, Isabella Dameris, and Andrea Campos.
