JV Basketball Tourney Update
The Sailors entered day two of the Burroughs Tournament with a new focus but faced some challenges.
Marymount came out sluggish and got off to a very slow start trailing behind 9-2 in the first quarter. The team was a little too anxious on the offensive side and a bit timid on the defensive side. At the start of the second half the Sailors came out more energetic and active on both sides of the court. JV Captains Ruby Schiff and Noel Piechowski helped the team give their best effort until the horn blew ending the game.
Final Score: Marymount 12, Milken 30
