Goals:

1st half: Samantha Jackson assisted by Skyler Frank

2nd half: Samantha Jackson unassisted

Olivia Mack unassisted

 

Things started off slow for the Sailors as we had a multitude of opportunities but no result in the first 15 minutes of play. Samantha Jackson finally got one in the back of the net for the Sailors but the rest of the first half would not improve much and would continue the same slow pattern. At halftime the girls started to get a fire under them and entered the 2nd half with intensity and passion. Samantha Jackson scored the 2nd goal of the game in under 30 seconds after the start of the 2nd half began. A few minutes later, Olivia Mack added another goal to make it 3-0. The Sailors continued to fight and almost scored a few more before the half was over, but the game would end 3-0. Coach Kristen is  proud of the way the girls came back from a slow 1st half to a polar opposite 2nd half filled with energy and intensity.
