Basketball Heads Into League

With strong play from the Sailors, the team was able to pull ahead and secure a win for Marymount.  Notre Dame is a very good team, which pushed the Sailors to play their best. The press looked really good with Paige Tademaru '16 executing great ball movement, finding the gaps and putting the team in a good position to excel. Maria Luz Adrianna Silerio '17 had a wonderful shooting night and displayed her strength as the top shooter of the team.

JV also showed signs of improvement.  Despite losing to NDSO 23-26, the Sailors maintained a very optimistic outlook down to the very last second.  Blaine Policella '17 lead JV in scoring with 8 points.
